Eagle County Charter Academy

ECCA's website has to serve several audiences at once: prospective families researching charter schools in the Vail Valley, current parents who need daily information like lunch menus, calendars, and payments, and staff, alumni, and donors. The old site buried the most-used tools, made enrollment and lottery information hard to find, and was difficult for the front office to keep current.

As a public charter school, ECCA also needs to publish financial transparency documents, board information, and non-discrimination and Title IX notices — and present it all clearly, accessibly, and on any device.

We rebuilt ecca.org around the questions families ask most. The homepage opens with quick links to Donate, Lunch Menu, After School Program, ECCA Gear, the School Calendar, and School Pay, followed by the school's mission, vision, goals, values, and a live calendar of upcoming events.

Clear navigation organizes About, Admissions, Academics, Athletics, Resources, and Programs, with dedicated pages for enrollment info, the ECCA lottery (in English and Spanish), faculty, careers, and each sport. A homepage notice feature lets staff highlight timely announcements, and the CMS is set up so the front office can update events, menus, and pages on their own. We host the site on managed cloud hosting and handle updates, security, backups, and ongoing maintenance.
