What happens if the site goes down?

You get an alert, often before you notice, and we're already investigating. Every hosting client gets a same-business-day response.

What counts as a “minor edit”?

A minor content edit is a small update that takes 30 minutes or less per request, like swapping a photo, updating hours or prices, editing a paragraph, or fixing a typo. Standard plans include up to 2 hours of minor edits per month and Priority plans up to 4 hours. Edits on Essential, or beyond your plan's hours, are billed at $100/hr. Larger changes, such as new pages or features, are quoted separately.

Can you host a site you didn't build?

In most cases, yes. We start with an audit to understand the platform, then bring it up to our monitoring and backup standard.

Do you handle domains, DNS, and email too?

We can manage domain renewals and DNS records, and coordinate business email setup through your provider of choice.

Do you only host WordPress sites?

Our hosting plans are built and optimized for WordPress. If your site runs on another platform, such as Drupal or a custom PHP application, we can set up hosting for it on request.

What does technical support cover?

Hosting support covers server-related issues: downtime, slow server response, SSL, backups and restores. Minor content edits are included on Standard (up to 2 hours/month) and Priority (up to 4 hours/month) plans, other edits are billed at $100/hr, and new pages or features are quoted separately.

Do you charge to migrate my site?

No. Migrating an existing website to our servers is free on every plan. We handle the move, test everything, and point your domain when it's ready.

Is there a contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. If you'd rather pay yearly, you get 1 month free.
