OAC Management

OAC Management is an employee-owned owner's representation and construction management firm based in Edwards, Colorado. They oversee complex, high-value legacy projects for developers, family offices, general contractors, HOA boards, and private owners, from Vail and Aspen to Malibu, Palm Beach, and New York City, with more than $311 million in projects currently under management.

The website needed to communicate trust and experience to a discerning audience, clearly explain a wide range of services, including construction management, finance management, quality assurance observation, and construction training, and showcase an impressive national portfolio.

We designed oacminc.com around bold architectural photography, clean modern typography, and a refined palette accented with OAC's signature green. The homepage opens with a full-screen hero and a clear "Built on Trust. Defined by Results." message, followed by a custom project locations map, key stats, a four-part services showcase, and client testimonials.

Each service has its own detailed page, like Construction Management with its breakdown of owner's representation, team selection, contract review, permitting, and reporting, and a Projects page presents the firm's portfolio with locations and square footage. Product packages, courses, and a news section round out the site. We host and maintain it so projects, courses, and content stay current.
