Treat Development
A land and residential development company gets a portfolio-driven site that sells the vision of a project years before groundbreaking.
Overview
A land and residential development company gets a portfolio-driven site that sells the vision of a project years before groundbreaking.
The challenge
Treat Development & Construction has been developing and building homes in the Vail Valley since 1981, with a portfolio that spans custom single-family homes, multi-family communities, and mixed-use commercial projects in Cordillera, Beaver Creek, Mountain Star, Vail, and beyond. The company also has a long list of industry honors, including AIA Colorado and NAHB awards.
The website needed to present four decades of work and a pipeline of projects in progress, build trust with buyers, architects, and partners, and give each development the polished presentation it deserves.
Our approach
We designed treatdevelopment.com around dramatic mountain photography and a bold black, white, and red brand palette. The homepage opens with a full-screen aerial video of the Vail Valley, then moves through the company's story, a "Projects in Progress" slider, an awards showcase, and an About section highlighting the Treat family's legacy.
A Projects page presents every development as a large photo card with its community label, and each project has its own gallery page with project highlights. Dedicated award pages, an About page, and clear calls to start a residential or commercial project round out the site. We host and maintain it so new developments can be added as they break ground.

Built mobile-first
Buyers and partners often explore Treat's homes on their phones. The projects slider, awards, and full-bleed photography all adapt cleanly to mobile, with simple, tap-friendly navigation.
