Kline Designs & Construction is a second-generation, privately owned builder based in Vail, Colorado, specializing in custom homes and complex remodels across the Vail Valley. Their work is high-end and highly visual, from mountain-modern new builds to full luxury renovations, and prospective clients want to see real finished homes before they ever pick up the phone.

The website needed to let the craftsmanship speak for itself: large, beautiful photography of completed projects, clear details on each home, and a refined design that matches the caliber of the homes Kline builds.

We designed klinedesignsandconstruction.com as a photography-first portfolio with a warm neutral palette, a bold wordmark, and clean, modern typography. The homepage opens with a full-screen interior hero and an "Explore Our Work" call to action, then introduces the company, features a signature project, and outlines Kline's core services: home repairs, new construction, and home remodels.

The Projects page presents each home as a large photo card with bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage at a glance, and every project has its own detail page with a gallery and story of the build. We host and maintain the site so new projects can be added as they're completed.
