Overview
Family-owned since 1977 and just 18 steps from Gondola One, Vista Bahn gets a booking-focused website built to win Vail ski rental searches.
The challenge
Vista Bahn Ski Rentals has helped skiers enjoy Vail Mountain since 1977. The family-owned shop sits at the top of Bridge Street, just 18 steps from Gondola One in Vail Village, offering ski and snowboard rentals, premium demos, overnight tuning and repair, and ski storage.
The challenge was competing for high-intent searches like "Vail ski rentals" against national chains and resort-owned shops, while making it easy for visitors to see prices, reserve online, and understand why a shop steps from the lift is the better choice. The site also needed to promote storage, tuning, and a growing online ski shop.
Our approach
We designed vistabahnskirentals.com around the shop's location and heritage, with bold mountain photography, Vista Bahn's red brand color, and a prominent "Reserve Online Get 20% Off" call to action throughout. The homepage tells the family story, highlights the Best of Vail award, presents every service as a photo card, features skis for sale, and shows live Google reviews and a clear comparison against a typical ski shop.
Our SEO and GEO work is built around clear, answer-ready pages: a transparent 2026/27 rental prices page, dedicated pages for ski rentals, demos, snowboards, kids rentals, storage, and tuning, a Spanish-language rental page for international visitors, and a regularly updated blog. We host and maintain the site, including its WooCommerce ski shop.

Built mobile-first
Most skiers book rentals from their phones, often the night before or on the way to Vail. Reservations, prices, the ski shop, reviews, and storage options are all one tap away on mobile.
Inside the site
A clear 2026/27 rental prices page that shows walk-in and online rates side by side, and a ski storage page with every locker and basket option.
